Julian Montealegre brings more than 30 years of enterprise experience to every OnBizness Group engagement, including the years preceding the firm's founding at IBM, KPMG, and Dun and Bradstreet Software. His background spans software development, global implementation across nearly 20 countries, practice development at IBM and KPMG, mission-critical operations leadership, and embedded advisory work at major financial institutions. That combination of technical depth, operational rigor, and executive advisory experience shapes how OnBizness Group approaches every client relationship.
What distinguishes his approach is the ability to operate at both ends of the engagement. He can sit across the table from a COO or CTO and align on strategy, then work directly with the teams responsible for execution, bridging the gap that most consultants leave unaddressed.
